When making an inquiry or direct reservation on ELTIJE (vacation rentals, Obersi Business Center, or Vibe Creative Center), we collect only the information required to manage your stay or corporate booking: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, reservation dates, guest count, and—for B2B corporate bookings—company name and tax ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process, confirm, and synchronize your reservations across our official calendars.
• Deliver booking confirmations, smart-lock access codes, and check-in instructions once payment is verified.
• Provide personalized concierge support before, during, and after your stay.
• Comply with applicable accounting, tax, and hospitality regulations in Sint Maarten and Colombia.

3. Payment Security

ELTIJE never stores full credit card numbers or CVV codes on its servers. Online payments are processed directly through PCI-DSS certified gateways (such as Stripe, Wompi Bancolombia, and CX Pay / WIB) over TLS-encrypted connections.

We use essential technical cookies to remember your language preference (Español / English), maintain session security, and store your saved favorite properties locally in your browser.
