2. Bookings

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. Booking confirmation is considered effective once the client receives the confirmation code via email.

2.1 Cancellation Policies

Each property has its own cancellation policy clearly displayed before confirming the reservation. Policies may be:

• Flexible: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
• Moderate: Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in
• Strict: Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in

3. Payments

We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, wire transfers, PayPal, and regional options like Bancolombia and Nequi. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Respect property rules and the neighborhood community
• Keep the property in good condition throughout your stay
• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately

5. Business Center

Reservations for workspaces (private offices, boardrooms, coworking) are subject to building operating hours and availability. Clients must arrive on time. Unused slots are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

ELTIJE operates as a verified direct reservation platform. We are not liable for losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the stay, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
